Ebonyi Governor And His Many Makeshift Offices At Project Sites

The Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Umahi, FNSE, FNATE is among other things, popular for his consistency in developing his state.
He is a professional engineer and was an established businessman before joining politics where he was made the party Chairman, which was followed by his becoming a deputy governor and subsequently the governor of the state which he is presently doing his second tenure.
The thirst in him to develop the state in a quick as wink time is one of the reasons behind his regular visit to the many construction sites in the State. Many have described Ebonyi as a construction State why others are of the strong opinion that the State is now the rejected stone which has become the chief cornerstone.
Governor Umahi, in his avowed efforts and commitment, to not just develop the state but make it unique, sharp, and of quality - created a makeshift office in each of the sites where construction is ongoing. The office is usually made up of a Plastic Table, Chairs, Calculator, Biro, and  Notebook while being surrounded by the project contractors, site engineers, supervisors, etc. which he works with each time he visits the sites.

Today, he was at the site of the Largest Shopping Mall in West Africa which is now about 92% completed in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State and the pictures attached speak volume.
